Job Title : Health and Safety Professional

About the Role :

This is a senior-level position responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety policies across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in identifying and driving improvements in safety, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities :

• Leadership and Development : Lead, coach, and develop regional Health & Safety personnel through structured management and collaborative teamwork.
• Compliance and Governance : Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety legislation across the Iberian Peninsula, including standardization and qualified / experienced personnel.
• Strategy and Frameworks : Define, roll-out, and maintain frameworks to enhance the Health & Safety strategy within Operations.
• Safety Culture : Develop a positive team culture through achievement of results, teamwork, development, accountability, and professionalism.
• Trend Analysis and Improvement : Play an integral role in the Operations Team and provide support and statistics to colleagues to help identify trends and implement improvement plans.
• Design Considerations : Lead discussions with Design & Engineering and Construction to ensure that safety plays an integral role in design considerations for new projects.
• Audit and Compliance : Work closely with Legal and Governance to ensure that safety provisions are fully aligned with the company's overarching business risk and compliance activities.
