CUSTOMER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
We’re currently seeking a CUSTOMER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE to join Akwel, a leading automotive equipment and systems manufacturer. Akwel specializes in fluid management and mechanisms, offering state-of-the-art industrial and technological expertise in the application and processing of materials such as plastics, rubber, and metal. MAIN MISSIONS
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Levels + 2 years minimum, and / or introductory experience in a similar position, preferably in an industrial environment. Will be considered : other languages – French / German.
PROFESSIONAL ABILITIES
Good company representative, effective communicator and listener, autonomous, initiative, analytical, customer service, stress management, and a good telephone manner.
Knowledge of office software platforms is essential.
Technical knowledge : knowledge of computer management systems.
Knowledge of transport management.
SAP supply‑chain.
Must apply all AKWEL Management System procedures and operating instructions within the framework of operations linked to his job and the rules defined by the Group.
Agrees to act in accordance with the ethical rules of the Group.
