We’re building a vertically integrated health partner that unites insurance and smart healthcare delivery into one system. We connect care across private, public, and direct-to-consumer channels to create a member-centric healthcare experience and empower people to overcome day-to-day health obstacles.

Responsibilities

• You’ll be able to tackle high-impact & high-risk projects involving many engineers.
• Design and implement robust infrastructure systems with a focus on reliability and observability.
• Maintain uptime targets while optimizing infrastructure costs.
• Improve incident management processes and lead post-mortems.
• Build and maintain internal tooling (e.g. API, web interface, internal command line) for other engineers.
• Mentor other engineers and potentially lead crews.
• Contribute to hiring and shape candidates’ hiring experience (e.g. improving technical assessments).
• Note : you may join a different part of the engineering organization if that maximizes impact.
