As a Software Engineering Manager for Agent Productivity , you will define technical strategies, oversee software development, and drive operational excellence to deliver reliable, secure, and high-quality solutions.

Your team focuses on :

• Developing an AI-powered productivity assistant to enhance agent productivity
• Creating intuitive and accessible conversation experiences
• Implementing growth strategies to scale these services to numerous customers

You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, customer-facing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical execution.
