Logistics Site Manager

Site Leadership Opportunity

This high-impact leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and financial performance while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Oversee all aspects of site operations, including automated warehousing, order fulfilment, and transport execution
• Lead the performance and maintenance of automation systems (AS / RS, robotics, conveyor systems, WMS, TMS)
• Ensure seamless coordination between warehouse and transport teams to meet service level agreements (SLAs)
• Manage site resources and budgeting to meet financial and operational goals
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data analytics and lean methodologies
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and labour regulations
• Build and lead a high-performing team with a culture of accountability, innovation, and safety
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring transparency and satisfaction
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, and transport partners to optimise system performance and delivery efficiency

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, and 8+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role. Strong knowledge of WMS, TMS, and automation technologies, exceptional leadership and communication skills are also essential.
