What You’ll Be Doing : As a key member of our tech team, you’ll design, implement, and maintain high-performance network infrastructure that keeps our organization connected and secure. You’ll work on exciting challenges, from troubleshooting complex issues to scaling systems for future growth.

Your Day-to-Day Might Include :

Managing and optimizing Cisco Meraki network environments

Ensuring network security and compliance with industry standards

Monitoring performance and reporting on key metrics

Supporting incident resolution and change management processes

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless IT solutions

Handling IP address management and contributing to budget planning

What We’re Looking For :

A degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience

Strong background in managing firewalls, routing, switching, and WiFi

Hands-on experience with AWS networking (VPC, TGW, ALB, etc.)

Solid understanding of protocols like TCP / IP, VLAN, QoS, and dynamic routing

Familiarity with tools like Wireshark or tcpdump for packet-level troubleshooting

Certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are a plus

Advanced English and fluent Spanish languages.

A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and great communication skills

Experience working in process-driven environments (ITIL knowledge is a bonus!)
