What are we looking for?

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our IT support service operations for international clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day support activities, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and acting as the main point of contact for end clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and supervise the IT support service, ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for end clients, maintaining clear, professional, and solution-oriented communication.
• Coordinate and support the technical team, ensuring proper task allocation and incident prioritization.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in support processes and propose innovative solutions.
• Prepare service performance reports and participate in client review meetings.
• Ensure proper documentation of procedures, incidents, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with other departments (infrastructure, development, security, etc.) to deliver a comprehensive and aligned service.
