Our Customer Account Managers develop and grow initial customer networks for the Geodis marketplace. They partner with external clients and internal sales teams to facilitate daily operations while anticipating challenges and presenting solutions to delight Enterprise customers and support Geodis RT business objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities :

• Develop process and system improvements to continually raise the bar of execution.
• Direct, manage, and execute daily operations in support of our International customer base.
• Participate in developing, implementing, and automating critical business processes and tools used to track sales process, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance.
• Work with customers to continually seek new solutions for their logistics challenges.
• Manage any issues that come up in the normal operation of freight movement.
• Serve as a partner to our sales team anticipating challenges and presenting solutions to support Geodis RT objectives.
