You’ll work on VHF / UHF radio system design , collaborating with cross-functional teams in hardware, software, and mechanical engineering to deliver high-performance communication solutions.

What You’ll Do
- Design and develop RF circuitry for VHF / UHF radio applications, including receivers, transmitters, modems, and datalinks.
- Perform technical and cost trade-off studies and select optimal commercial components.
- Lead hardware layout, component evaluation, prototyping, and testing .
- Develop and execute RF circuit tests, verification, and validation plans .
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Digital, FPGA, Mechanical, Thermal, Systems) to ensure design integration and performance.
- Generate technical documentation , from specifications to manufacturing reports.
- Contribute across the entire product lifecycle — from concept to production and qualification.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (focus on RF / Microwave).5+ years of experience in RF system design and integration.Expertise in VHF / UHF communication systems — transmitters, receivers, modems, datalinks.Experience designing frequency converters, SSPAs, LNAs, filters, oscillators, and waveform generators .Proficiency with RF simulation tools (ADS, HFSS, SPICE, MATLAB, etc.).Hands-on experience with RF / Microwave test equipment (VNAs, spectrum analyzers, power meters).Solid knowledge of RF power amplifier design and system testing.Strong collaboration and communication skills.Advanced level of English (written and spoken).Preferred Qualifications
Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering.Experience in Defense or Aerospace projects.Knowledge of Design-to-Cost (DTC) and Design-for-Manufacturing (DFMA) methodologies.Experience with low and high-frequency circuits (baseband to Ka-band).Understanding of system performance optimization and hardware validation.Why Join Us
