French speaking Customer Service Sales Representative, BarcelonaWe are currently recruiting for a French speaking Customer Service Sales Representative to join our client's office in Barcelona!DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : - Contact potential clients using various channels (phone, email)- Manage inbound calls and ensure quarterly quota is reached- Respond to inbound emails in a timely and accurate manner- Place outbound calls when required- Quote creation and follow up- Use upselling / cross-selling techniques to maximise revenue- Stay up to date with active promotions and campaigns to maximise their success- Ensure personal knowledge of the portfolio is maintained- Answer and deal with customer post-sales requests- Cover order cancellations, claims management, order and delivery follow up, refund requests and escalations using multiple tools, such as CRM & Order Status Suite.REQUIREMENTS : - C2 / fluent in French, both oral and written.
