The Challenge
- Interact with customers via physical or telematic means to cement long term relationships with Shimano and gain updates on their developments and / or needs.
- Present products, provide product information and offer proposals with commentary and recommendations.
- Create account plans, map and safeguard partnerships, create forecasts and set future targets & KPIs.
- Track performance against targets and take remedial action where necessary to achieve goals.
- Provide market insights to the organization based on visit reports, data analysis and competitor research.
- Utilize the company CRM tool proactively.
- Actively support and participate in Marketing initiatives.
- Monitor internal processes and support colleagues to ensure external presentation to the customer is optimal.
Who we are looking for
5-10 years of experience in bike OEM (purchasing or sales), with experience in managing key accounts.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced, multicultural environment.Adaptable with a flexible working style, sound analytical skills to plan, forecast and prioritize workload.Technical knowledge of OEM Shimano bike parts.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish & English (both verbal and written).Open to regular international travel.Strategic thinker who excels at connecting dots across the organization.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team environments and contribute to collective goals.What do we offer
