Join Axpos Group IT to help shape the leading IT organization in the European energy sector. Youll design and scale the data backbone behind our BI solutions-collaborating, innovating, and delivering real impact.

What you will do :

• Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines with Databricks and Azure Data Factory across on-prem and cloud sources
• Lead and optimize ETL for our data lakehouse to ensure consistency, accuracy, and performance
• Partner with BI engineers to model data for reporting and enable seamless delivery into Power BI
• Improve scalability, performance, and reliability of large-scale data workflows
• Troubleshoot complex pipeline and platform issues with a hands-on, proactive approach
• Champion best practices for data quality, security, and governance with the central data platform team
• Mentor junior engineers and drive knowledge-sharing within the team
