We are looking to hire a Value Engineering Manager to lead, grow and build out our Value Engineering EMEA Team. This is a highly visible, collaborative position with responsibility for the technical aspects of closing sales opportunities each quarter. It is our mission to educate and convince the prospects (Pre-sales) and customers (Post-sales) about the technical and business value Make provides. As technical experts in a customer-facing role, Value Engineers are the Swiss Army knife in Make's organization with close ties between various departments.
You'll be joining the Global Go to Market Leadership team reporting directly to the Global Head of Value Engineering and partnering with the local regional Sales Director on a daily basis. Responsibilities Responsible for Managing Pre and Post sales activities on a given territory from helping to win new customers to ensuring they have the right support for post sales adoption paving the way for future expansion activities.
Build and manage a world class regional Value Engineering Team
Set foundation for effective growth by establishing Value Engineering Best practices, processes and proof of value frameworks
Gather and standardize use cases, sales assets and value workshops that can be leveraged during the end to end customer journey and Go to Market team in the sales cycle
Work closely with stakeholders from Sales, Partner Management, Marketing, Product, Go-to-Market Strategy to share feedback and content
Directly collaborate with Regional Sales Director to define the right deal strategy & approach in order to grow the value of customers on Make
Responsible for regional pre and post sales forecasting calls to act as a sparring partner for the sales directors
Responsible for managing the regional KPIs and Goal Setting of the ICs within the region in line with the Global Targets
Successfully manage and execute technical workshops and proof of concepts (POCs) in prospects and existing customers
Ensure the senior management is aware of both the challenges facing the team and their successes and propose creative solutions
Responsible for setting the goals of the team and monitoring performance - coaching team to success
Own the Go to market team responsibility for the technical and value proof in the sales cycle and post sales adoption and expansion

3+ years experience in building teams of up to 8 ICs, nurturing and managing a high performing VE team in both Pre and Post Sales roles.
Proven Leadership skills and the ability to inspire.
Passion for the topics of AI and API led automation and no code
Excellent presentation skills and comfortability working with various stakeholders (internal and external)
Interest in opportunities to think outside the box and a wish to continuously broaden your knowledge despite steep learning curves
Relevant work experience (5+ years) in the area of pre-sales & post-sales in a SaaS / iPaaS / Automation application organization at an Enterprise
