LDA Capital is looking for a results-driven professional to actively engage with global publicly traded companies seeking alternative financing and to originate transactions for the firm's public markets investment strategy.

Qualifications

Candidates shall have a background in equity / debt capital markets, investment management in public markets or financial sales. The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and decision makers. You will discover qualified investment opportunities by identifying targets resulting from various investment themes; The position requires the management of a high-volume of investment opportunities requiring constant interaction and communication with potential targets; This candidate will work closely with members of the transaction team and Investment Committee.

Responsibilities

• Drive origination of investment opportunities and converting qualified leads into transactions.
• Update and manage all origination activities, opportunities, and related communications.
