Assistant Store Manager Job DescriptionMission : Collaborate with the store manager to drive commercial growth while upholding brand excellence and customer satisfaction.- Develop store sales performance by : - Implementing TODS sales strategy within the store- Setting sales objectives and analyzing results achieved- Executing selling ceremonies according to Brand guidelines- Highlighting store products according to visual policy and collaboration with the visual merchandising department- Establishing CRM actions to develop the customer database- Coordinating Trade marketing events- Analyzing sales reports and customer feedback- Proposing action plans to exceed set objectives and increase sales turnover- Verifying invoicing and compliance with collection procedures- Ensuring effective stock management : controlling restocking, participating in inventory organization and discrepancy control, sell-through analysisTeam Management Responsibilities- Participating in store activity organization : planning, determining collective and individual actions- Supporting and organizing communication to store staff : leading daily briefings and meetings, setting and monitoring individual goals, identifying areas for improvement- Contributing to new employee integration : training in processes and procedures, various trainings, etc.- Evaluating employees and ensuring follow-up of development actions to enhance sales team motivationBrand Image Ensurance- Ensuring the store is perfectly displayed while respecting the visual identity of the Brand and company commercial policy- Guaranteeing compliance with customer service guidelines : post-sales service management, customer requests, etc.- Ensuring compliance with operating rules and procedures within the storeRequired Profile- Experience : 3-4 years of store experience, 2 years minimum team management experience- Specific skills : Management, Luxury sales and hospitality techniques- Aptitudes : Result orientation (mastery of different KPIs), Client oriented, Organization, responsiveness and adaptability, Written and oral communication, Knowledge / sensibility of luxury and fashion world, and in particular shoes, Fluent Spanish and English
