We are looking for a Content Director based in Barcelona to lead the creative and production strategy for a major sports and entertainment project based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As part of the KL MENA team, you will collaborate closely with teams in Riyadh and across the MENA region to produce high-impact content that aligns with our global brand while resonating with diverse local audiences. This role requires a dynamic leader who can manage content from concept to execution while navigating cross-cultural collaboration and multilingual environments.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee the full content production lifecycle — from concept development and scripting to execution and post-production — in collaboration with the Riyadh-based team.
• Ensure creative output aligns with brand identity and resonates with audiences across Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region.
• Partner with MENA-based teams to localize content appropriately, integrating cultural and regional nuances into storytelling and execution.
• Manage creative and production staff based in Barcelona, coordinating closely with remote teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Contribute to scriptwriting and content editing to uphold high narrative quality and consistency across all materials.
• Monitor production schedules and budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources while maintaining top-tier production standards.
• Collaborate with directors, writers, editors, and on-screen talent to bring creative visions to life in alignment with regional and brand expectations.
• Analyze audience data, trends, and feedback to inform creative direction and content development.
• Maintain ongoing communication and alignment with other global content teams to ensure consistency and quality across all markets.
