Head Of Information Technology

One of our client, i.E. a leading international ERP Software vendor for SMEs, is looking for its Head of IT in Spain. The potential candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating all IT operations and initiatives for company's Spanish business unit. Key responsibilities include : Leading the local IT team and managing day-to-day IT operations Driving IT transformation initiatives and implementing international IT strategies at the local level Managing vendor relationships and local contracts Overseeing infrastructure management and cybersecurity measures in collaboration with central functions Collaborating with international IT teams for cross-border projects Ensuring alignment between local and global IT strategies Risk management and compliance with IT policies Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience in years / role : Minimum 3 years in a similar role and 5 years of experience in IT management roles. We need your hard / technical skills to be focused on : Strong application portfolio management capabilities Experience managing enterprise software implementations and integrations Experience in transformation projects involving the following technology stack : SAP, Zuora, HubSpot, Zendesk Project management methodologies knowledge Understanding of infrastructure considerations for application deployment We need your soft skills to be oriented to : Leadership and team management Strategic thinking and problem-solving Excellent communication skills (both Spanish and English) Change management capabilities Stakeholder management Adaptability and resilience Strong analytical skills Certificates / Programs ITIL certification preferred Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2) is a plus Cybersecurity certifications valuable but not mandatory Languages : English and Spanish are mandatory You will be part of a very ambitious growing project and you will have the opportunity to be responsible to participate in scaling up an organization in the next years.
