This hybrid role combines Sales Operations, Business Development, and Training Enablement . The successful candidate will support business growth through lead generation, market research, and campaign execution while managing structured onboarding and training programs for both internal and external audiences. Strong communication, organizational skills, and a proactive, collaborative attitude are essential.
Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new business leads using CRM data, market intelligence, and research tools.
Design and execute targeted lead generation campaigns (email, events, newsletters).
Maintain CRM accuracy and create dashboards to track lead generation and conversion performance.
Support cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams.
Develop and manage a scalable onboarding process and training calendar for new hires and existing staff.
Coordinate annual sales trainings and quarterly webinars, ensuring alignment with regional and global initiatives.
Maintain a comprehensive Sales Toolkit and EMEA Sales Operations Playbook to ensure consistency and scalability.
Organize and update all training and eLearning materials, ensuring accessibility and accuracy.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3+ years’ experience in Sales Operations, Business Development, or Sales Enablement.

Experience with CRM systems
Fluent in English (additional European languages a plus).
Proactive, detail-oriented, personable, independent and team-driven, positive “can-do” attitude
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in an international or EMEA sales environment.
Familiarity with training or eLearning platforms
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams.
