Overview
As a Human Resources Trainee, you will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of various HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in recruitment processes
Review resumes and coordinate interviews
Maintain communication with candidates throughout their journey
Administrative Tasks
Update personnel files and maintain employee databases
Prepare essential human resources documents
Manage software applications such as My People Hub, Database for Spain, PREVINET, Learning Lab, LinkedIn Learning, and Holiday Management tool
Requirements
At least 6 months of experience in an HR role
University education in Law, Labour Relations, or Human Resource Management (or a related field)
Master's Degree in Human Resources Management (currently pursuing or recently graduated)
Fluency in Spanish, English, and French is highly desirable
