Remote Customer Service Advisor - French Speaker - Relocation to Greece

Overview

Live & Work in Greece : Move to Greece with full relocation support : flight airport pickup temporary accommodation and help finding permanent housing. Enjoy Mediterranean life while building your career in an international team.

Role Overview

Handle customer queries via phone chat & email in French
Provide accurate information and resolve issues with empathy
Log cases in CRM systems follow-up and track outcomes
Collaborate with team members to maintain service quality

Candidate Profile

French native / C2 B2 English proficiency

Strong communication & problem-solving skills

Willing to relocate to Greece

Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus

EU passport or Greek residency card (must have)
