Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients in Dutch to introduce our services and schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system
- Qualify leads and gather necessary information for the sales team
- Follow up with prospects to ensure appointments are confirmed
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and adjust outreach strategies accordingly
- Report on appointment‑setting metrics and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
- Stay informed about industry trends and our service offerings to effectively communicate with prospects
Requirements
