We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Project Manager to join our CS Laboratory Solutions Team in Spain.
As a Project Manager, your main mission will be to mark milestones in the execution of assigned projects.
You will oversee the entire project lifecycle from bid clarification to successful customer handover, ensuring compliance with technical, regulatory, and safety standards. Acting as the central point of contact, you will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and business partners.
During the sales phase, you will be responsible for clarifying technician requirements, defining timelines, and contributing to budget estimations for the proposal.
In the implementation phase, you will define technical requirements, coordinate site readiness, agree on the transition plan, and validate proposals in collaboration with the hospital's infrastructure departments, ensuring all customer needs are addressed from the tender phase to the go-live.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel nationally (up to 60%) and internationally (occasionally).
Residency in either Barcelona or Madrid.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is required. Knowledge of Revit and rendering tools is an asset.
Experience with technical and laboratory workflows related to in-vitro medical equipment is a plus.
Basic knowledge of AI will be considered a plus.
