Descripción del trabajoProvide first-level technical support to B2B or B2C clients using cloud-based tools and platforms Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through solutions via chat, email or phone Collaborate with engineering and product teams for escalations and improvements Create and improve internal documentation and client-facing FAQs Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses Permanent contract under Spanish labor law Full remote flexibility Career development within international tech companies Access to technical certifications and continuous learning You are already living in Spain You speak one of the listed languages natively and have C1-C2 level English You have prior experience in tech support, Cloud Solutions or similar
We are hiring tech-savvy professionals already based in Spain for full-remote technical customer support roles, specializing in cloud-based platforms and SaaS solutions . This is a great opportunity to join an international team under a permanent Spanish contract.
Position Details :
- Language requirements : Fluent in one of the following Italian, Polish, Czech, Hungarian or Spanish plus English C1-C2
- Contract type : Permanent (contrato indefinido)
- Work model : 100% remote (you must already reside in Spain)
- Field : Technical Customer Support cloud services, SaaS, digital tools, and similar
- Schedule : Monday to Friday (no night shifts)
- Training : Fully paid
