What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to understand learners' and tutors' needs and pain points.
• Prototype and iterate on design solutions based on user and stakeholder feedback, enhancing usability and effectiveness.
• Work with engineering to balance innovation and practicality.
• Contribute to the evolution of Preply's Design System by incorporating consistent design patterns and guidelines.
• Participate in cross-functional discussions and workshops to share insights and learnings.
