We are currently managing a Product Designer role for a global company driving digital transformation in retail and consumer analytics. This is a key role within the Marketing Automation team, focusing on customer journey, lifecycle communication, and email experience design.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of customer-facing experiences across emails, journeys, and key touchpoints.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Create high-quality design deliverables : wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, prototype, and iterate solutions.
- Drive strategic improvements through design thinking and evolve the design system.
Requirements
5+ years of Product Design experience, including 2+ years focused on email design.Proficient in Figma with strong knowledge of responsive HTML / CSS for email; knowledge of Liquid, AMP, or dynamic content is a plus.Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design process and email / digital product interface work.Analytical mindset with experience in experimentation and data-driven design.Fluent in English with excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.Salary Range : 50 to 60KHybrid work modelIf you believe you are the ideal candidate for the Product Designer role, please apply with your LinkedIn profile or upload your CV.
