Descripción del trabajoHands-on Design : Lead end-to-end design for our chatbot app, from ideation to pixel-perfect execution, focusing on users new to AI. UI Design : Create appealing, user-friendly interfaces aligned with our brand. AI-Driven Design : Apply knowledge of AI capabilities (NLP, context awareness) to develop innovative features. UX Research : Conduct user research and usability tests to inform design decisions. Prototyping : Build interactive prototypes for feedback and iteration. Collaboration : Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure feasible and integrated designs. Iterate designs based on user feedback and data insights. Fluent in English (Spanish / Portuguese is a plus). 3-5 years of experience as a product designer with a strong portfolio, especially in app design. Ability to create innovative yet intuitive flows for AI newcomers. Proficiency in Figma, Design Systems, and familiarity with data tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel. Experience designing native apps for Android and iOS. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and translating insights into compelling designs. Effective communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. We’re seeking a creative, data-savvy, and hands-on Senior Product Designer to elevate our chatbot app on Android and iOS and work on our Group Chats and community features. You’ll drive innovation, enhance user engagement, and design flows that make AI approachable and entertaining for our users, helping us stand out in the crowded AI landscape.
What You’ll Be Doing (First 15 Days)
- Analyze current group chat functionalities, user feedback, and performance data to identify quick wins.
- Collaborate with PMs and engineers to prototype new features or flows for integrating Luzia into 1 : 1 and group chats.
- Conduct usability testing to validate initial design concepts.
- Work at the intersection of AI, design, and user needs to create seamless conversational experiences.
- Use data and curiosity to develop actionable, user-focused designs.
- Design intuitive interfaces that introduce AI to novices while maintaining simplicity and boundary-pushing innovation.
