We’re seeking a user-problem driven Senior Product Designer to craft top-tier solutions through thorough product reasoning. Responsibilities include designing end-to-end experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing design effectiveness through user feedback and data analytics.

You will define and explore the problem space, design experiences for specific product areas, partner with Engineering and Product Management to align on strategic direction, and participate in design reviews and leadership presentations.

Qualifications include :

• 5+ years of experience at product-driven companies
• Proven track record designing digital products for web and mobile
• Strong collaboration skills
• Experience conducting user research
• Proficiency with Figma and experience with design systems
• Knowledge of A / B testing methodologies

We provide resources and tools for your tasks, with options for Mac or Windows. You can work remotely or in our modern office in Rīga with flexible hours (starting as late as 11 a.m.).
