The successful candidate will have a strong background in program and project management, with experience leading software programs and managing distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities Lead software programs to meet deadlines, budgets, and customer expectations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Architecture, Testing, Quality, and Logistics

Manage international teams, ensuring efficient communication and coordination

Provide internal assessments of program proposals to stakeholders

Engage with Engineering, Quality, Marketing, Test, and Portfolio Management during product releases

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and SAP.
