We are looking for a Head of Product capable of improving the efficiency of order management in the eyes of the traveller : booking amendments,

self-serve area and operational internal tools for agents are the main critical topics belonging to the part of product which is the account management area.

This is the heart of post sales operations which allow complex operations on the booking entity and represents a true challenge in the travel ecosystem, combining automations, operations and UX at their best.

As a Head of Product, you are skilled at understanding the Why, the How and the What of building great viable products which keeps high product-market fit over time, delivering impact at scale on millions of users. And you manage a team of talented Product Managers which you mentor and coach.

Previous experience is definitely relevant, however we’re looking for a person with the growth mindset to be a fit across the team : proactive, motivated, passionate about creating amazing user experiences, friendly, team player and an honest and fun professional to be around with.

• Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end the Customer Service Self Care experience on different channels and across devices, ensuring teams drive consistent and compelling user experience
• Lead and grow a team of Product Managers to be the best version of themselves, taking care of their career journey and improving together every day
• Use Lean approaches to break down big ideas into valuable pieces to deliver at fast pace, contributing to the overall strategy of the company and driving investment decisions
• Are able to collect, interpret and translate data and information to support product and business decisions through different tools as A / B testing, User Testing, Analytics, Market Research, Competitor Analysis, Defining Metrics and KPIs
• Are a Product Management expert and you to deliver impact, able to steer decisions within colleagues from technology, sales, marketing and operations
• Have strong communication skills to navigate a dynamic organisation across multiple countries
