Job Overview
This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of various systems and processes.
Key responsibilities include resolving service requests within allocated timelines, providing first-line investigation and diagnosis, logging incident / service request details, and producing IT reporting (KPIs).
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in T24 and Linux with at least 5 years' experience in software maintenance and support. Proficiency in shell scripting, troubleshooting, and technical documentation is required.
The successful candidate must be willing to work flexible hours and shifts as needed.
