QA Automation - Java & Selenium - MedTech project

At ERNI , we’re looking for a QA Automation to work on a platform to improve efficiency, quality, and traceability of processes within the lab. This includes sample management, test scheduling, data integration, and report generation. The platform aims to facilitate collaboration among team members and enhance data-driven decision-making.

How do we ensure that? From day one, you will have a mentor with you, who will guide you through your entire onboarding and career at ERNI. You’ll have regular 1 : 1 meetings with them, and recurrently, you’ll work on your development plan to define your short-, medium-, and long-term goals.

What will you do? You’ll be part of an international team focused on defining and managing quality KPIs from diverse data sources within the Pharma industry. You\'ll translate business needs into solid, scalable data models using modern tools and cloud technologies.

Design and build test scripts using Java : Help create and maintain automated tests for our products.

Run both automated and manual test cases : Make sure features work as expected in all scenarios.

Be part of the development process : Your input will help shape better, testable code.

Work closely with developers to fix bugs : Help spot, reproduce, and resolve issues quickly.

Join code reviews with a testing mindset : Focus on improving testability and overall quality.

Improve how we test and automate : Bring ideas to evolve our QA processes and frameworks.

Keep test cases and results well-documented : Ensure everything is clear, traceable, and useful for the team.

Hands-on with Selenium (plus : Cypress or Playwright) : You\'ll mainly work with Selenium, but experience with others is a bonus.

Experience with JUnit or TestNG : For building solid and reliable test cases.

Good grasp of testing principles & best practices : We care a lot about quality at every stage.

Comfortable using Git : Version control is part of our daily workflow.

Some experience with API testing (nice to have) : Tools like Postman or REST Assured are a plus.

Detail-oriented and good at solving problems : You\'ll need to spot issues and think critically.

Eager to grow in QA automation with Java : We\'re looking for someone who wants to grow and bring their Java skills into test automation.
