Marketing Specialist (On-site) (Fixed Contract + Unlimited Variable)

We’re a fast-growing, family-run real estate agency based in Estepona, covering Marbella and Sotogrande. Right now, we’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist to take charge of our brand, drive lead generation, and help us build momentum in the Costa del Sol property market — someone ambitious, proactive, creative, and results-oriented.

Lucas Fox is one of the top real estate agencies in Spain. From our Estepona office, we cover everything from Marbella to Sotogrande. We’re seeking a Marketing Specialist to bring fresh ideas, oversee marketing strategies, and support our growth. This role is on-site — we believe in teamwork and building something strong together.

What You’ll Do :

Plan and execute digital and offline marketing strategies

Oversee property listing content (photos, videos, descriptions)

Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)

Run paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)

Create and manage email campaigns and newsletters

Bring new ideas to help us stand out

Conduct market research and trend analysis (product, consumer)

Analyze campaign data to track ROI and improve performance

Use insights and KPIs (ROAS, open rate, engagement) to optimize campaigns

Support brand-building efforts locally and online

Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints — digital, physical, and visual

What We’re Looking For :

Experience in digital marketing (real estate experience is a bonus)

Strong skills in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO basics

Confidence in creating and managing content (photo, video, copywriting)

Eye for design and storytelling (Canva or Adobe tools)

Detail-oriented and meticulous

Based in or familiar with the Costa del Sol (Estepona / Marbella / Sotogrande)

Self-starter capable of managing projects and delivering results

Experience in Photography and Videography is a plus
