Financial Services Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, identifying solutions, and implementing improvements within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct business analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic recommendations.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective solutions.

Develop and maintain business process documentation, including workflow diagrams and procedure manuals.

Provide training and support to end-users on new processes and systems.

Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make recommendations for further improvements.

Requirements :

5-6 years of experience in projects in the financial sector (Financial products, market operations and processes, MIFID 2, Portfolio valuation), technology implementation, or digital transformation.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in wealth management platforms (especially strong understanding of advisory process Governance).

Deep understanding of financial advisory processes, portfolio management, scenario simulations, and regulatory compliance.

Technical knowledge at all levels : architecture, security, back-end, front-end, without the need to be an expert in any particular area.

A degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.

Good proficiency in English and Spanish; French is a plus.

Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira.
