Senior Lawyer

About us We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing our legal and compliance work to support our business growth.

• Reviewing, negotiating and drafting various business contracts;
• Providing legal advice and support on a daily basis, reporting regularly and implementing requirements;
• Handling lawsuits, arbitrations and possible legal disputes;
• Supporting the set-up of our legal compliance system, including data compliance, anti-trust, anti-unfair competition and employment compliance;
• Conducting legal research and providing relevant training;
• Expanding local legal resources, including setting up relationships with law firms and institutes;

Providing legal support for our subsidiary incorporation and administrative registration.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with international teams.
