OMG is looking for entrepreneur Account Director / Brand Lead to run a brand globally.
Based in Madrid's OMG Offices, your role will be responsible for inspiring and guiding the brand team to deliver media & marketing communications excellence while being a single point of contact for the Client.
The Brand Lead will head up a diverse marketing and communication team, which will include dedicated expertise across media strategy, search and programmatic, media information management, market engagement and co-ordination buying, data & analytics, mobile, social, content-creation and brand partnerships.
The Brand Lead would have the added benefit of participating in new business pitches. This is great opportunity to join an energetic and innovative team with big plans for growth.
Main Responsibilities
Challenge Client and category conventions to lead the transition to an upgraded model of media & marketing communications. Drive and inspire OMG ́s team to deliver an optimum planning approach whilst creating a collaborative and ambitious culture to ensure consistent high performance with a constant stream of innovation.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the client's business and make sure our solutions use brilliant insights to develop ideas that deliver tangible brands and business results
Be a vital link between the client, production and suppliers to ensure all terms of the contract and engagement are delivered flawlessly.
Establishes and maintains effective and collaborative relationships, building, nurturing and leading a team that delivers individual strength with collective unstoppable. Create a team environment that allows talent to thrive
Design workflow practices, processes and procedures that drive operational efficiency
Be responsible for the delivery of profitable revenue – including managing finance and legal issues in conjunction with the relevant specialist services.
Define and measure business KPIs in order to improve client satisfaction
Act as a valued, trusted advisor and as point of escalation with team and Senior Clients to resolve issues and deliveries.
Contribute to pre-sales efforts, including proposal generation and development of new service offerings.
Qualifications / Skill Requirements
Typically 3+ years relevant experience as an Account Director / Senior Account Director.
Marketing and media experience Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the campaign planning process, comms channels, leading edge planning systems and integrated campaigns. Embrace latest digital technologies / POE
Negotiation skills and strategic approach to share views and persuade
Well organized, able to manage a high work volume and stay cool under pressure
Proven record of senior client management, strong communication and presentation skills
Strong aptitude for driving collaboration and integration, building "partner" relationships with clients and colleagues
Demonstration of high level entrepreneurial capabilities both, for the client's business and the Agency
Proven management skills and demonstrable leadership qualities
Advanced English / Spanish level required
Must have European Community (EU) work permit
