IT Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT recruitment specialist to join our team. With 20 years of experience in IT staffing, we have built a strong reputation in Europe and the US.

About the Role

This role involves sourcing, qualifying, and building a pool of freelance IT consultants to support our client projects.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sourcing and qualifying potential candidates for IT consultant roles.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and contractors.
  • Coordinating the onboarding process for new contractors.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in IT delivery or HR Selection / Recruitment.
  • Strong proactive search skills and a passion for collecting information.
  • High level of English; Polish is a big plus.
