Co-Founder & Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) – Women’s Sports at Antai Ventures. We’re at the very beginning of our journey as a purpose-driven women’s sportswear brand, and we’re looking for a CMO & Co-Founder to help us launch, grow, and become unmissable.

Your Mission

As our first hire for CMO, you won’t just lead Marketing — you’ll co-lead the company. You’ll own the full go-to-market strategy, from brand positioning to customer acquisition, while also steering the product and pricing roadmap hand-in-hand with the CEO. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for someone who thinks like a founder and executes like an operator.

What You’ll Own

• Product & Pricing Leadership — Define our customer segments and translate insights into product and positioning strategy;
• lead market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and white-space identification;
• own the product portfolio roadmap and work cross-functionally with design and supply;
• build and lead pricing and product drop strategy to drive commercial traction while preserving brand integrity;
• define and iterate the value proposition to reflect brand, performance, and customer impact;

work closely with the CEO and finance team to align pricing with margin and growth targets.

define and track KPIs including CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention, and brand equity metrics.

help raise future rounds and represent the company in key strategic moments.
