Marketing Analyst (all genders) | Senior | Spain (Working from Home) |Full Time (40h / week)

Your Impact

As a Senior Marketing Analyst (all genders) you will turn eduki into a data-driven organization where every marketing decision—across all channels—is powered by real-time insights, predictive analytics, and a clear understanding of market dynamics. Here are the key tasks and responsibilities that you will be taking on to achieve this goal :

• Marketing Performance & Optimization : You analyze the performance of all marketing channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, CRM, Organic Social, Author activity, and Direct Traffic). You identify cross-channel dependencies and opportunities for optimization.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making & Reporting : You develop and own marketing dashboards, establish key metrics, set up and maintain user segmentation, and provide leadership with actionable insights on market trends, user behavior, and budget allocation.
• Paid Marketing & Testing Strategies : You set up and constantly improve the target measurement framework, optimize data signals for platforms like Google Ads and Meta and implement best practices for Paid Marketing testing and feed management.
• Attribution & Data Tracking : You advance first-party data-driven attribution models and ensure accurate tracking and data collection across all marketing efforts.

Our Commitment to You

Attractive Compensation Package : The total compensation for this role is up to 66.000 EUR per year and consists of a fixed salary and a VSOP (Virtual Stock Options Program) package. Depending on your skills and competencies, as well as your individual performance, the gross annual salary will range between 37.000 EUR and 47.000 EUR.

In addition to providing the necessary software and hardware, we offer a 500 EUR budget that you can freely use to equip your home office.

Furthermore, you can work from abroad for up to 90 days per year with us!
