Overview Technical Operations & Maintenance Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Operations & Maintenance Service Manager to oversee the management of our electronic toll collection (ETC) free-flow systems across Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with each client's specific operational and maintenance service contractual requirements.

Responsibilities Ensure the systems are fully available, regularly maintained, and evolve to meet developing technical and business needs.

Calculate and report system performance to clients.

Work with clients to develop new features and enhancements.

Provide operational and maintenance services, including maintenance of end-to-end solutions, contract compliance, and coordination of internal and external teams.

Measure, record, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends, as well as key maintenance interventions.

Manage operational services, including manual image review.

Ensure effective asset management, including equipment spares.

This role involves understanding contractual operational and maintenance requirements, developing strategies, and coordinating internal and external resources to provide required services. Proactive maintenance prevents faults from arising, while reactive maintenance is required when faults arise unexpectedly.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.

At least 5 years of experience in technical operations and maintenance roles.

Proven track record of managing complex technical projects.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
