Would you like to take the next step in your career as an Technical Lead in a global leader in communications and air transport technology ?

At Oxigent Technologies, we are looking for a Technical Leader with strong expertise in AI and Python to guide the development of a new AI module for a key application in the air transport industry.

Your Key Responsibilities

Define and manage the technical roadmap for product development.

Collaborate closely with the Flight Operations Expert and AI Model E ngineer to ensure solutions are optimized for aerial operations, meeting safety and operational standards.

Act as the primary technical point of contact, coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.

Build and nurture strong relationships with partners across the organization.

Mentor and guide a Junior AI Engineer, supporting their growth while overseeing both new developments and ongoing maintenance.

Contribute your expertise to other AI-related products when needed.

What We’re Looking For :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience : Minimum 3 years in AI product development with Python, including project or team leadership.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

Fluent English (written and spoken).
