Digital Solution Architect, flexible working

We’re looking for Senior Solution Architects to lead, from a technical point of view, the projects we deliver to our end customers. We serve our customers bringing them the highest quality solutions to their needs.

Hybrid position (Madrid area, 2 days / week office)

In a typical day as a Solution Architect, you would :

Lead multiple project teams of other software systems engineers and internal and outsourced development partners responsible for all stages of design and development for complex products and platforms, including solution design, analysis, coding, testing, and integration.

Manage and expand relationships with internal and outsourced development partners on software systems design and development.

Review and evaluate designs and project activities for compliance with systems design and development guidelines and standards; provides tangible feedback to improve product quality and mitigate failure risk.

Provide domain-specific expertise and overall software systems leadership and perspective to cross-organization projects, programs, and activities.

Drive innovation and integration of new technologies into projects and activities in the software systems design organization.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications or equivalent.

Strong in SOAP / XML, RESTful APIs , and API authentication mechanisms. Comfortable using OpenSSL for secure communication testing and Wireshark for traffic analysis .

Frontend and Backend Development :

Proficient in Java for backend services .

Skilled in React for building responsive and dynamic frontend interfaces.

Experience in integrating React frontends with RESTful APIs and handling secure API communications.

Unix Scripting experience (shellscripting, bash)

SQL Coding

Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL queries.

Experience with MySQL and familiarity with distributed data platforms such as VoltDB.

Regex Proficiency : Able to create and understand regular expressions for filtering logs, parsing data, and automation tasks.

Linux & Cloud Knowledge : Familiar with Linux clustering, basic cloud infrastructure (e.g., Experience in overall architecture of software systems for products and solutions.

Designing and integrating software systems running on multiple platform types into overall architecture.

Istio (Ingress / Egress, mTLS, Proxies, Control Plane)

Keycloak (authentication & authorisation)

Prometheus, Fluent, Jaeger (monitoring, logging, tracing)

MySQL, VoltDB

Kubernetes concepts (pods, security domains, CI / CD flows)

Ansible, Jenkins & GitHub (SCM) integrations and RBAC

Experience with SIEM systems, IAM, KMS, and secure API handling.
