Role and Responsibilities — What You Will Do

As the Executive Producer for All in Hole, you will own and lead the entire production of the game, making key decisions and shaping its strategic direction from launch through live operations. You will be a core member of the project's leadership team , playing a pivotal role in defining the game's vision, execution, and long-term success.

Reporting directly to the General Manager , you will be responsible for building and leading a team of Senior Producers , ensuring smooth execution, continuous improvement, and a compelling player experience. This is a high-growth opportunity for ambitious individuals, with the chance to expand your leadership impact as the game evolves. You will shape not just the production function but also the overall trajectory of All in Hole.

Your key responsibilities include :

Leading multidisciplinary game teams to execute product plans effectively

Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies

Fostering team collaboration and visibility to promote a creative work environment

Partnering with Product teams to align production with project goals

Optimizing the production pipeline for efficiency and resource management

Maintaining delivery plans, tracking progress, and coordinating backlogs

Managing ongoing maintenance activities for game and team longevity

Planning and coordinating future build releases

Developing resource roadmaps and improvement opportunities

Implementing detailed planning, task tracking, and resource allocation

Requirements

Preferred Experience — What's your profile

We seek an Executive Producer with strong experience in mobile production and live games , capable of autonomously leading production and expanding a high-performing team. The ideal candidate should have a hands-on approach , a deep understanding of live game operations , and the ability to build processes from scratch , aligning disciplines and defining roadmaps.

The ideal candidate will have :

5+ years of experience in production management within the gaming industry

A proven track record of shipping and maintaining successful live titles

Strong leadership skills to build, lead, and motivate teams

Hands-on production experience and understanding of live game workflows

Ability to establish and scale production processes from the ground up

Startup or studio experience is a plus, especially from inception

A passion for gaming and a strong understanding of the gaming landscape

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative approach

Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies

Experience working with internal and external development teams is a plus
