Your role

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Global Finance Controller (m / w / d) , based in our office in Barcelona. You will report to the Chief Financial Officer.

Responsibilities

• Financial controlling : Ensure smooth monthly and annual closing, consolidated and country-level scenarios in accordance with financial standards (local GAAP and IFRS).
• Risk management : Identify and mitigate financial and fiscal risk across different countries and business units.
• Financial reporting and analysis : Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, support CFO in Board Pack deliverables, and provide ad-hoc analysis.
• Budget, forecast and analysis : Assist FP&A, business controlling, and treasury with information needed for budgeting and forecasting, including ad-hoc analyses.
• Team organization : Manage and develop a team in different countries.
• Process improvement : Identify and implement improvements in financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
