Strategic Financial Planning and Analysis Leader
We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Strategist to lead our financial planning and analysis function.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead the development of annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and consistency across business units.Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial planning, P&L management, and cash flow visibility.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in financial planning and analysis.Drive the implementation of advanced FP&A tools, reporting systems, and BI solutions to enhance business visibility and drive data-driven decision-making.Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track operational performance and financial results.Coach and mentor junior team members, promoting professional growth and development within the finance organization.Requirements :
Minimum 10 years of experience in senior financial planning and analysis roles, with a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.Proven ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership.Expertise in SAP (CO, PS) and advanced reporting / BI tools, with experience in implementing and optimizing financial systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle large volumes of data and drive business outcomes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.Hiring Benefits :
