One of our companies is currently looking for a Business Developer in Europe .
As a Business Developer , you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across multiple markets within Europe. Your role will focus on building and nurturing strong relationships with senior client leadership, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and expanding the company's client base. You will also attend industry conferences and expos, plan and execute client meetings, and utilize your network and internal tools to generate new leads. By collaborating with internal teams, you will tailor strategic sales approaches and manage proposals and contracts to ensure alignment with client expectations.
Responsibilities
Engage with senior client leadership to qualify and secure new business opportunities aligned with the company's goals
Attend key industry events to foster relationships and position the organization as a market leader
Travel independently to meet clients and prospects, ensuring you meet your defined targets
Leverage your network and internal tools to identify new leads and expand the client pipeline
Develop and present compelling proposals and manage contract negotiations
Collaborate with internal teams to implement effective sales strategies and maintain up-to-date client information
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. A Master's in Life Sciences or MBA is a plus
3-4 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in a relevant industry
Fluent in English; additional European languages (French, Chinese) are a bonus
Strong networking and communication skills, with the ability to present to large groups and engage with clients at all levels
Ability to work under pressure with defined metrics and KPIs
Comfortable using online networking tools and managing lead generation initiatives
Basic knowledge of regulatory affairs or pharmacovigilance is advantageous
Location - Europe (Preferable, Poland, Hungary, Spain, Italy - Native or No Visa Restrictions)
Age - 25-34
