Senior Manager Market Access Hematology Spain
We are seeking a Senior Market Access Manager to lead end-to-end HTA submissions and pricing implementation for our hematology portfolio in Spain. In this pivotal role, you will partner closely with affiliate and global teams to ensure robust strategies that secure timely market access, efficient pricing, and impactful product launches. Your work will directly craft our ability to bring life-changing treatments to patients, while offering opportunities to influence strategic decisions at both local and international levels.
Responsibilities
Driving timely and comprehensive HTA submissions to Spanish authorities.
Collaborating with affiliate commercial and global market access teams to define pricing and access strategies.
Leading cross-functional projects, including formulary and funding initiatives, to optimize product uptake.
Translating payer insights into value dossiers and evidence requirements with HEOR and Medical Affairs teams.
Supporting strategic price-setting and local negotiations, including innovative pricing or contracting solutions.
Developing and supervising market access action plans to support new product or indication launches.
Preparing KPIs, analytics, and dashboards to advise country-level pricing reviews and decision-making.
Qualifications / Requirements
Validated experience in a market access role within the pharmaceutical industry, including successful HTA submissions and the development of pricing and access strategies that deliver strong results.
A track record in crafting compelling value propositions, implementing price strategies, and supporting cross-functional product launches is important.
Post-graduate qualifications such as an MSc or MBA are desirable, along with experience in hematology or related therapeutic areas.
A high level of professional English is required.
