With strong global brands, we're proud that our success is rooted in our collaborative spirit and tradition of innovation.We're currently looking for a professional to join us as a Senior Sales Manager eCommerce (B2B & D2C), based in Spain.ResponsibilitiesKey Account ManagementOwn and manage key online retail partners (e.g. eTailers, marketplace sellers, omnichannel retailers)Negotiate annual agreements, promotional plans, and joint business plansDrive sell-in and sell-out performance using data-driven insights and strong retailer relationshipsOptimize content, visibility, and conversion on partner platformsCoordinate local execution of regional campaigns and performance marketing initiativesDTC eCommerce ManagementLead and optimize our own Spanish Direct-to-Consumer (DTC or D2C) web shop and marketplace activitiesOversee all aspects of DTC operations, including UX, content, CRM, promotions, and fulfillmentCollaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns that drive traffic and loyaltyEnsure seamless customer journey and high satisfaction across all touchpointsMonitor KPIs and implement continuous performance improvementsCross-functional & International CollaborationAct as the key liaison between local Spanish market needs and global / corporate eCommerce and retail teamsContribute to international strategy rollouts with local market insights and execution excellenceEnsure compliance with global brand guidelines, pricing strategies, and digital frameworksExpectations7+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital sales, or online Key Account Manager rolesIndustry background ideally in FMCG, consumer electronics, or beauty / healthcare — preferably on the brand sideProven success in managing online retail partners and DTC channels within the Spanish marketStrong commercial acumen with a digital mindset and performance orientationExcellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teamsFluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken)Experience working in international matrix organizations; confident navigating between global and local teamsHands-on experience with eCommerce tools (e.g. Magento, Shopify, CRM, CMS, Google Analytics, ...)Our offerWe create a friendly work environment, focusing on people and providing comfortable conditions for growth.
