We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Presales / Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our solution design and proposal development team, you will work closely with our Technology Centers of Excellence and Business Enablement teams to deliver high-impact solutions to clients worldwide.
Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the creation of tailored solutions from a technology, delivery, and business perspective.
Develop persuasive proposals and RFP responses with cross-functional teams.
Provide technical advisory during client meetings, demos, and workshops.
Maintain reusable content and templates to streamline future pursuits.
Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Advocate for AI-ready approaches in solution design.
Qualifications Minimum 5 years in presales, solution consulting or technical sales support.
Proven experience in crafting large proposals exceeding 3M€.
Strong understanding of enterprise tech stacks including Cloud, Data, and AI, as well as business solutions like SAP and Salesforce.
Experience in international environments with distributed teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English (C1-C2 level); German is highly valued.
Skilled in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, MS Dynamics, Confluence, and Jira.
Willingness to travel occasionally to US, EU, and India.
