Overview

Presales / Solution Consultant – Technology & Consulting (Madrid, hybrid)

We are looking for top talent to join UST, a multinational technology services company with a presence in over 35 countries. This role is for the Global Accounts team and involves designing solutions, translating client needs into actionable proposals, and collaborating with delivery and sales teams to ensure feasibility and impact. Location : Madrid, hybrid (1-2 days on site).

Responsibilities

  • Design tailored technology solutions for clients.
  • Support proposal development and RFP responses.
  • Assist sales teams in client meetings and workshops.
  • Stay up to date with tech trends (Cloud, Data, AI).
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure solution viability.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in presales, technical consulting, or solution design.
  • Experience in IT consulting firms (not product companies).
  • Solid understanding of enterprise architectures and delivery models.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise tech stacks (Cloud, Data, AI), business solutions (SAP, Salesforce), and delivery models.
  • Experience in international environments with distributed teams.
  • Fluent in English (C1-C2);

    • German is highly valued.

  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Dynamics, Confluence, Jira.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (US, EU, India).
