As a Project Manager at ICON, you will lead and coordinate project activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your role will involve overseeing all aspects of project execution, from planning and resource management to stakeholder communication and risk mitigation.

What You Will Be Doing

Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.

Lead cross‑functional project teams, coordinating efforts to meet objectives and facilitating effective communication.

Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement strategies to keep projects on track.

Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals.

Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior management and other stakeholders.

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or a related field (preferred) with significant experience in project management and team leadership.

Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion, delivering results within scope, time, and budget.

Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage teams and prioritize tasks.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building relationships and managing stakeholder expectations.

Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies; certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are advantageous.

Detail‑oriented, proactive, and adaptable, committed to achieving project goals and continuous improvement.
